LET'S SCAN

Please follow the instruction below:

1. Gather the photos you wish to scan. You don't have to make a precise count of your originals. Every single order at Let's Scan is opened, under video surveillance, and counted. 
    

2. Pack your photos. We recommend you put loose photos into resealable plastic bags before putting them in shipping bags from the post shop. For big orders with loose photos, albums and frames, we recommend you use cardboard boxes to ship your photos to us.
    

3. Include your contact info. Please include your name, contact phone no. contact email and return address along with the parcel. 
    

4. Send us or Drop off your photos. We recommend you use trackable and signature required courier to send in your photos. NZ post, Courier post and many other couriers provide that service. Drop off and pick up available at Pinehill (next to Albany), Auckland. Please contact us by phone to arrange drop off and pick up.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
    

5. Let us know. Once you've sent your photos, let us know the shipping date and the tracking no. below so we can expect your order.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
    

6. Confirm receipt. Once we've received your parcel, we will open and count your photos under video surveillance. We will send out an email to confirm we've received your photos, the number of photos we've count and the quote for the service.
    

7. Sit back and relax. We will take care of the rest for you from here. Once we've digitized your photos, we will send your digitized photos to you via secure cloud service and return your originals with trackable and signature required courier post.
